HOW DOES SPEEDTRAINER EMS WORK?

During traditional strength training the brain sends impulses which stimulate certain muscles to contract. The main difference between EMS training and regular strength training is that, thanks to the technology, you can fit a strength training into 15 minutes. The SPEEDtraining concept has been developed in 14 years of practical experience in SPEEDFIT® Clubs in Germany with more than 20 000 members. A SPEEDtraining session only takes 15 minutes and as compared to 20 hours spend in a conventional GYM.

SPEEDtraining is low staffing concept. SPEEDtrainer clients are able to conduct the training single handed already after a few sessions. The device is user friendly and self explaining.
